KÜHL is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate employee to add to our Park City KÜHL Store Team. As a member of the Park City KÜHL Store team, you will be expected to provide a wide variety of customer and sales support to our customers. Here at KÜHL, we strive to build lasting relationships with ALL of our customers. We are hardworking, quick thinking, and the resident experts of all things KÜHL. Sales People at the KÜHL store are responsible for providing the best experience to our customers that truly is “Born in the Mountains”.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Creating a great connection with all customers to best help with their shopping.
- Customer focused service for retail sales, returns and exchanges.
- Processing customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Processing store re-fill orders quickly and efficiently to replenish inventory.
- Cash register duties.
- Merchandise presentation: steaming, tagging, hanging and folding
- Visual merchandising and mannequin displays
- Cleaning and restocking supplies
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Customer-oriented, with a strong desire to go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers
- Minimum of one year experience in retail sales and/or customer service
- Strong inter-personal skills, team player, with an ability to resolve complex issues with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and a desire to proactively address issues.
- Must be able to multitask and excel in fast-paced, high-workload environment.
- Love the outdoors
