The fabric was very soft and durable. I ordered a slightly bigger size, but the built in stretchy belt makes it no problem. It also gives me a little room to grow.

This is my second pair, and soon I will order a third pair. Love these pants! Comfortable, good looking and so far they seem to wash/wear well. Nice enough to wear to work (at least for my work) and comfy enough to wear for chilling. The fabric is relatively lightweight without feeling flimsy. Stretchy but never shapeless.
